What’s Mine Is Yours Foundation in the News

We are so proud of the difference ordinary children can make by thinking of other children’s needs and giving generously from the heart. These brave acts of unselfishness are rewarded in many ways. Here are some of our proudest newsworthy moments.

NBC 6, Spirit of South Florida with Tony Segreto, October 20, 2006
Airing 6:00pm and 11:00pm
Dr. Younis paved the way for an upcoming event on Oct. 20th at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, where Paxton and Peyton will deliver donated birthday gifts to children in the hospital. NBC 6 will be covering the event which will air on NBC 6 Fri. Oct. 20th on Tony Segreto's Spirit of South Florida segment.

Our City Weston Magazine, October 2006 Issue
The “Can-Do Kids” section of the City of Weston magazine featured an article in the October 2006 issue entitled, "Birthday Boy Shares Gifts and Smiles". The article tells the story of Paxton’s visit to Memorial Hospital and the spirit of giving accredited to his What’s Mine Is Yours non-profit organization.

Sun Sentinel Newspaper, August 30, 2006
On August 30 ,2006 the Sun Sentinel featured an article entitled, "Charity pairs donated birthday gifts with young patients" that featured Paxton and the story of his selfless act of donating one of his birthday gifts to a 10 year old boy at Plantation General Hospital. Paxton is photographed decorating gift bags for future donations.

Plantation General Hospital Newsletter
Where it all began - this newsletter from Plantation General Hospital is very dear to us as it was taken on Paxton’s 7th birthday when he donated his first gift of what would later become that start of something much greater. Paxton is photographed here with Wendy Stuart, Director of Pediatric Services.
